How to fix phone data stuck on edge when it is restarted

Everytime my phone is somehow turned off or restarted, my phone data turns off for a bit. After 10-15 minutes, edge turns on. Then, after a few hours, my 4g finally turns on. Sometimes it takes around 12-20 hours for 4g to function. I only have this issue when the phone is turned off and I am looking for some sort of fix. I have a Galaxy J3 prime. The model number is SM-J327T1

Try restarting in Safe Mode and see if that's better. If it is, you have one or more apps loading at boot that are taking a very long time to load and run. (Or you're loading more apps than the phone can handle, so it loads an app, kills it, loads the next one, kills it, etc., then gets back to the first one, lets it run for a few microseconds hen kills it, etc. - and that could take an hour for everything to finally load and be ready to run.)

you can try wiping the cache partition. it tends to help with some connection problems.
