How to fix the issue when the screen of a note 3 becomes unresponsive to finger touch?

The screen of my note 3 becomes unresponsive from time to time randomly. The issue is resolved when i use s pen or when i swipe the screen with two fingers. I tried to wipe the cache and factory reset. In both cases the problem starts to occur after a while. Could you give me an advise resolve this problem permanently please?

I had this the other day as well. I tried the spen but was the same. All i did was a battery pull and since then it hasn't been any problems.

Maybe, just maybe.... I have that problem sometimes when my fingers get dusty (I work for a living) or the screen gets slightly soiled. Next time it happens try to wash and dry your hands and clean the screen.
