How to get back deleated part of locked note while editing

pl specify the procedure how to recollect any particular note if part of it is deleted while editing .sync mode was on WHILE EDITING.
I was editing my colornote locked data and while doing this some part of my data erased by mistake.My android phone was on wifi mode and hence it immidiately linked with net and sync completed message appeared at the bottom of screen. pl specify the procedure how to recollect that particular note if part of it is deleated.

If it syn'd up to the server then the message is saved that way and the removed information is no longer available.
