How to get back out from "adb sideload <filename> screen?

I cannot restart my device and when I press on the power button the screen close and when I press power button again the screen appears again please give me solution of this problem... Thank you for answering me.

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? If you can remove the battery, do so for about 10 seconds, then put it back in and press Power. If the battery is not removable, then try pressing and holding Power for 10-15 seconds to force a shutdown. On some devices (notably Samsung), it's Power and Vol Down at the same time for 10-15 seconds.
