How to get current firmware(MC3) after updating OTA and Kies?

Unrooted and restored my stock nandroid from the 1st week the phone was released and was prompted to update. Did the 1st update using the OTA from settings>about phone>system updates. Went to LK7 I believe. Used Kies to get the latest but it only updated me to MA4. Kies will not check for more updates and the phones OTA updates checker will not check for 24 hours, Is there another way to update?

Question, did you restore your stock nandroid so you could flash all the newest updates? Are you planning on rerooting once you have completed this process.
