How to get dutch on my keyboard and the layout back to how it used to be.

Since the last update on my Huawei P10 the keyboard has changed.
At first the language was changed to Chinese. And secondly the layout was changed.

I've searched the menu on language and input but I can't change anything from there.
Unless I know Chinese (Wich I dont) because there are some sub-menu's in chinese that might be the answer.
