How to get in touch with an developer of an gear app

There is not much to go on, I am trying to get in touch with an app developer to get permission to include their app as part of my new app. But, there is no contact information at all. Even after extensive search engine searches, there is just no information. The app is on the Samsung gear store page, Its called Pitch Control, there is a name "Silvan Perego" under the title. Any ideas?

What Samsung developer programs are you part of? What app store, Google or Samsung exclusivity, or can you find support in both app stores if Samsung is no help? Not to over inquire, but why do you need their permission if your app is compatible?

If he\s charging for his app and includes someone else's work without permission, it's at least a violation of copyright.
