How to get my LG G4 off the firmware update screen?

Ok so like the title says my LG g4 is stuck on the firmware update screen and it refuses to even update. The thing is I never initiated a firmware update nor did i plug it into my pc. It just happened after i swapped batteries( i got a second battery and external charger with my phone). It happens even if its not plugged into anything and there are no results even if I plug it in. Its not even registering on my pc. I'm downloading the LG PC suite now to see if it will make a difference. Does anyone have any idea whats wrong and how to fix it? I tried removing the battery, sim, and sd card and left out for awhile, tried restarting, hit it a few times, yelled as well.

It happens because if there's an update, even if you keep saying "no", it eventually ignores you.

But if it doesn't clear up overnight (keep the charger plugged into the phone), just hold the power button in until the phone restarts. If you have problems after that, bring it to your carrier and tell them that the phone developed the problems after the update (which it did). They can usually fix it, even if it means reflashing the update.
