How to get out of ultra power saving mode when in another launcher

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is stuck on ultra power saving mode in a third party launcher. Can not access the settings or any other applications. Launcher is GO launcher. Please help,

Why can't you access settings or apps? Access to your settings shouldn't be restricted by the launcher (you should be able to access them from the notification bar).

Alas, if for some reason that doesn't work, you can always boot up your device in Safe Mode. This will stop the 3rd party launcher from, well, launching.
