how to get rid of floating dock on galaxy s6?

Welcome to the forums. Can you post a screenshot with that icon? What happens if you tap or long press on it?

Often, there's this floating dock appearing on screens. In my case, it was coming from Clean Master where i had to go to its settings and deactive the i-Swipe option.

I highly recommend uninstalling Clean Master, what little good it does is offset by what else it does & can often be replaced with apps better at specific tasks that aren't so bad.
