How to get rid of "Mobile data turned off" notification (Samsung Galaxy J3)

[Android Central Question]

I noticed that I've accidentally had my data turned on this whole time and wanted to turn it off when I'm at home/some place with wifi but it give me that notification and it won't go away. It's really annoying to me to have notifications that won't go away. How do I turn this off without turning mobile data back on?

Your phone might be slightly different, but for my LG V30 on Android 8.0
settings > network > mobile networks
- mobile data reminder
- review reminder settings

These two options deal with reminders about mobile data being turned off. I have them set to "off" and "never".

I have the V30s ThinQ (Unlocked)and don't see these two options. I turned on Developer Mode but still nothing.

This is a really annonying notification. As someone in another thread mentioned, it's like having someone constantly asking "Are you sure?"
