How to get the 4.2 OTA update NOW!! Your welcome! ;)

Galaxy nexus, I just received the 4.2 update. Here's my problem I am all ready running 4.2

That will install 4.2.1, which is an update to 4.2.

Still nothing in NJ for 4.2.1

Tried doing this the other day to try and push the 4.2.1 update and nothing, did it again this morning and nothing yet!

4.2 at least is already installed

I did it twice and it is working perfectly.. my sister has an 8GB version and she got the OTA update without any issue lol.. I have a 16GB and needed to do this, go figure lol. I did it becuse hers is running so much smoother than mine

Yes, There definitely are a lot of danger or this. What this basically does is it resets your primary ID that google servers actually work with. So it's like resetting your phone which out clearing data. In most cases it causes push notification delay and gets your device for up to a week. So I would not recommend this unless you are okay with it.

Why 4.2? Android 4.4.4 (KitKat) is available by OTA.
