I haven't gotten voice commands to work. The phone doesn't "ask" me for any permissions on it's screen when I activate voice commands, either by pressing and holding the steering wheel button, or by tapping the mike icon on the car's screen. Oddly, I hear the "ping" that tells me to talk and other audio in the car is silenced when I activate voice commands, it just doesn't actually recognize anything I say.

It used to work on my old phone, however (Motorola Stylus 5G)

Have you tried forgetting the car from the phone, and the phone from the car, then repairing? And setting up preferences?

That worked! Sorry for the late reply.

Oddly enough, even though it requires a USB connection to do maps, when you connect it via USB it automatically pairs it via BlueTooth as well. For whatever reason, doing the "re-pair" by plugging it back in worked just fine.

I don't understand why the BlueTooth connection would make any difference while it's using USB, but whatever. It works. :)
