How to get Web pages to open in new windows

I could do this on my S3 but can't find the option in any settings on my S5. Where every time you open a new link it opens into a new window and not in the same window as a previous link.

that will be a function of the browser app.

I am using CMbrowser and it has the option to open new links in a new tab...
