My spam filter list has reached 500 maximum, how can I increase that quantity so I can continue adding more spam? On my Galaxy S10E

Welcome to Android Central! Is this a feature from your carrier, or it in your email or texting app?

What email and texting apps are you using?

What kind of email account? Gmail, Outlook, from your ISP or something else?

Verizon Call Filter would only be for incoming calls, not for Gmail. If Verizon Call Filter's limit is 500 numbers, then you likely can't increase that limit.

For spam emails in your Gmail, long-press a spam email, then tap the 3 dot menu button, then Report Spam. There's no limit to the spam addresses that Gmail can remember.

on my S10e long press tap 3 dots report spam only worked about 10 times and then I got the same message "spam has reached maximum of 500"

How ever I did find I could slide the email to the right and choose move, and select the spam folder. So far that is working but not sure if that is stopping all future emails from the same email address.

In your Gmail app, go to the Spam folder. How many emails are in it? Maybe the Spam folder needs to be emptied once it hits 500. (It automatically empties spam 30 days after it arrives, but if you get a ton of spam, maybe you're hitting a spam folder limit.)

Also, you're not using G Suite (now known as Google Workspace), right?
