How to install non-market apps/bypass device administrator

I have the lg k30 and want to know how to deactivate a device administrater

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Security>Device Administrators​, and uncheck the app that's set up as a device administrator.

i have samsung z3 install blocked for security your phone is set to block installation of applications obtained from unknown sources.. how can i fix it..?????

The Z3 is a Tizen phone, not Android, so you may want to ask your question elsewhere.
