It's been driving me crazy, including the fact that everybody actually seems to want notifications dismissed on the watch to be dismissed on the phone.
For example, when I get a reminder for a task I can't do right away or a calendar event I don't have to get ready for yet. An e-mail or text that is important but I can't answer right now etc. etc.
If I dismiss them I could forget about them, because then they are no longer visible on my phone. And if I don't dismiss these notifications on my watch it becomes a long list which I can't even bother to look at anymore.
So today my smartwatch is basically just a watch to me because I don't bother reading the notifications.
