Im pretty sure that is Beautiful Widgets with one of their clock skins you can use for the Beautiful Weather Home sub widget.

I know I'm stupid and just missing it, but where in the launcher pro settings do you select how many shortcuts you have in the dock bar? I have five, including the app drawer and have gone through it multiple times looking and not found it. To obviously change it to four to use with this dock bar.

Just long press the dock shortcut you don't want to use (probably the middle one in this case), click on "Change shortcut", then "Blank"

That Circle Launcher is SOOOOO cool! I used an icon from Beautiful Widgets - a push pin. It's very small on the home screen, so it doesn't add clutter, but it works perfectly. Very quick responding, too!

Kudos to everyone who recommended the Simi Folder. I've been using the Simi Clock for a while and have enjoyed it so it's just another awesome widget from the Simi line.

I tried the Circle Launcher as well, but for some reason I got a lot of lag when I would open it up after my phone was locked. It took a good 3 seconds to pop up where the Simi Folder is almost instant. So obviously I prefer the faster responding widget. I like the look for the circle launcher a bit more but I lean towards performance first and foremost. Here are my folders if anyone wants to see em:

That's from the new Go Launcher EX I'm using with the "ink" theme. I like it a bit more than Launcher pro for the same reason I prefer Simi Folder...performance. It seems to be a lot quicker and doesn't have the refresh issue that Launcher Pro has occasionally. Plus, full skinning with themes (like those icons)...so it's a little more customizable. I dig it.

Hmm not bad. As long as I can customize me dock I might switch... Plus I hear scrollable contact widget works well with it.

Apex 1.3.1, ADWLauncher EX (with secondary dock hidden), Tron theme and a Recognizer/Space Invaders wallpaper modified to fit the phone's resolution.

Hardly ever do I need to switch screens.

Since your theme is Tron you may like these wallpapers..

I am pretty sure that is Clockr Evolution (it includes both the clock & calendar). If you want a similar app for free, check out "Minimalistic Text"... it is great & did I mention FREE??

Here's my minimalist theme. I rock three screens in most my themes. Home page, swipe back for tools, forward for media. Games, Photo, Music text all connects to circle launcher which opens up related apps, and so does that little app drawer icon thing on the homescreen. I'm digging this right now.

The plus sign in the dock used to connect to simi folders. But I switched back to Folder Organizer recently. It's just way more customizable. I wanted to have my contacts folder, google voice, gesture search as well as a few direct dials - simi folder couldn't hang. I also hate that denim background on the pop ups.

If there is to much distance between widgets also, you can adjust the number of colums and rows through AWG Launcher...

Yeah its Clockr Evolution. Guy put out some good stuff so I just bought that in support of the dev.
