How to mass delete 400 browser bookmarks???

Somehow all 400+ bookmarks from my desktop chrome browser are showing on my phone and I don't want them on there. I only want the 10 most used bookmarks on the phone. How do I delete the bookmarks without having to long press each one then confirm the deletion as that would take FOREVER???

Did that but it left 400 local bookmarks, now I need to get rid of them.

Download My Bookmarks. Open it and choose delete bookmarks.

You are the man, thanks a million. Tried two other bookmark managers and they did not have a mass delete function. My Bookmarks did it in less than 10 seconds.

That was going to be my suggestion. I can't believe I have the same thoughts as an iPhone user.
I must not have taken my meds.

I don't see any 'delete bookmarks' option in the "My Bookmarks" app

From my Samsung grand prime I went to settings then applications, application manager, then downloaded, then chrome, under storage, I chose manage storage, then clear all data, got rid of 2,600 (yes 2600) bookmarks, hope this helps, I am not a tech person
