How to prioritize cellular data connection over Wifi in Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 Cellular version.

When Wifi signal is weak or when it is devoid of internet connection, my tablet will not use 4G to connect to Web, unless I manually disconnect Wifi in the settings.

This is frustrating. Is there a way of forcing my tab to use 4G when accessing Web?
