how to project or cast screen from samsung tab a to win 11 pc

the tablet is connected to the same router by wifi but the pc is wired to the router.

i know how to get into my routers settings but most of it is meaningless to me.
my pc can project to a tv over the wifi.
any help much appreciated thanks.

edit how can i reply to the answers?
i followed instructions and whilst trying to install "your phone -link to windows" i get the warning your device is not compatible with this version and this app may not be optimised for your device. is there a way to do it without apps and just change some setting on my pc that is preventing the tablet to find the pc?

maybe because my tablet is not a phone the your phone link to windows doesnt work?

Maybe? I don't have a personal Windows 10 computer on which I can try it. I searched for 'cast Samsung tablet to PC' and this was one of the results so I thought it would work.

Welcome to Android Central! Give AirDroid a try, although the main limitation is that it would appear on the computer screen in a window, rather than filling it like a desktop (like how DeX would work).
