My cousin deleted the google app store by mistake and i dont know how to re download it ......... i'd be grateful if you would help

Hello. It shouldn't be delete-able (?)
First off are you sure it's not just gone off a homepage and the icon is still available hiding in the main app list / drawer under Play.
Also have a look at the app info settings in General - Applications Manager - All - 'Google Play Services' and see if it is running, as it should.

Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

If it's a genuine Samsung it should be installed. Try tapping on the Google icon.
Look in Applications Manager - All for Play Store.
Try the app Genuine Galaxy tp check your S5.

If you are trying to install it on another device, just let us know.
I think there is a way to do it that others can advise.

Samsung S5 phone I received from who visited China, Google play is missing among other things, Suspect Google is not available in China is the reason. appreciate if you can advice how to install it.

You will have to flash a non Chinese rom to that device. Is it a genuine s5 or a clone? Does Samsung Smart Switch recognise it?

Go to APP's then goto the tool settings at the top right hand corner ,slide down to
Show Disabled apps , recover the play store app
