I have been googling this problem but have not found an answer. I see the question asked often though.
I have delete the cache of all programs.
I have delete all download files.
I have delete all apps.
I have moved all docs, audio and video to Google drive
I moved all photos to Google Drives
I uninstalled gigs of apps.
I see no hidden trash file.
Rebooted the phone phone and yet after all of these deletes the available space has not been reduced. Still says 10.32 gb used of 10.82 and 5.18 gb Android OS.
Is this some sort of built in obsolescence conspiracy for me to buy a new phone that I do not need?
I would be grateful for a solution please.
Edit.
I forgot to say that I am unable to update any apps since there is insufficient space. And some apps I use won't work for me until updated. This is a PAIN.
