How to recover lost contacts and pictures while formating

Please help me to recover my contacts and pictures which i lost while formatting..

I got everything except while these both while restoring backup.

I would appreciate your help on this.

What were you formatting? The SD card?
Do you mean that you were doing a Factory Reset?

I got everything except while these both while restoring backup.

What kind of backup did you make? Did you use the Kies software on your computer? Or an app on your phone?
