If you're rooted try moving/renaming "FullbatPopup.apk" from your system/app folder and see if that helps. I don't use any alarm clocks or stay awake feature so mine doesn't have a problem after using the code string in the dialer.

I have this disabled in the HiddenMenu and i have removed the APK and ODEX file and it still continues to pop up. i wish i could get the damn thing to go away though
