HOW to REMOVE latest OTA (5/12/11 OTA)?

So did the factory reset and it's been 4 days now without a random reboot. Phone runs a lot smoother too. Think that did the trick.
So of course right after I post this the TB reboot itself like 3 times. Don't know what gives. Was fine for 4 straight days. :(

All the factory reset did for me was get rid of some apps that I have to download again, pulling be battery minimizes the reboot issue.

Only way on non-rooted phones would be to gain temp root, change the main version to something lower than 1.12.605.6 (ie 1.12.605.1) then flash the 1.12.605.6 RUU.

Can you or someone else explain to me how this could be done?

Any suggestions on a gingerbread Rom then?

The Official Thunderbolt ROMs & Kernels Listing v2.0 (Updated 5/24 3:30 PM CST) - xda-developers

I've been using BAMF 2.0 with little to no problems. Just be sure you flash the GB radios first, before you flash the base ROM. There is a dedicated thread for it up in the rooting sub-forums on what you need to do. I would read through that before you start, and ask any other questions you may have

I am currently rooted with no ota update(or MR1?) and I was wondering what the pros and cons between Root with MR1 and Root without MR1? Again I am rooted without MR1 and I like my device just how it is?Really what can you tell the difference from perfectly HTC Thunderbolt to HTC Thunderbolt with Update?

My device is great. My 3g is great. My sync is working fine. However my gps has minor issues but for most time perfect.(nothing out of normal) (Pros and Cons with UPDATE)
