How to remove Lolypop and go back to what I had

I hate this Lolypop that I updated to on my Galaxy S4. How do I go back to what I had originally?

You can try flashing the KitKat firmware using Odin: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html. Make sure you have the firmware for your exact model.
