My tablet, not listed here, a Teclast x80 pro running Windows 10 and Android 5.1 - I'd really like to get rid of Windows 10 but how?

yes you can . install mirek190 rom , you have to copy past the partions tib of your choice in the installatin folder .when the instalatin is complete use flashify from google store to flash your original boot img
