I want to reset my android to factory settings, because I can't remember the display-lock-pattern.
What I did was: shut down the smartphone. Boot with volume up and volume down and boot held together. Then there was a screen
Normal powerup / Recovery / Factory / Barcodes / BP Tools / QCOM.
I scrolled to Recovery with Volume down and then Volume up to select.
Then I see an opened android logo with a red triangle and "kein Befehl" which means "no command".
volume up or down doesn't change anything.
Also selecting "factory" only gets me to the booting procedure and to the locked starting screen.
Do you have an idea?
