how to seperate email folders?

Here's my situation. I have a live account and 3 business email accounts. I use outlook at home to access business email. I added those accounts on phone ad work great. However the 3 business accounts are only accessible by going in the messaging folder. Anyway to place the business emails directly in home page like my live email account?
