How to solve the error Unfortunately the android.process.media has stopped?

I've got a samsung galaxy s9,and whenever i unlock it,the error android.process.media has stopped appears,i don't have a SD card mounted and i have tried doing factory reset.Thanks in advance

Do you have any videos or mp3s? My guess would be that media scanner process can't get through a corrupted file and crashes. Or does it happen on completely fresh, after wipe, device too?

You may need to reinstall the firmware, using Smart Switch (SmartSwitch: Install & update or replace firmware) or Odin (http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html).

I can't do that with Smart Switch,it just stays like this
