How to stop phone from trying to cast to TV

Visiting my in laws for a week and they have a Samsung TV. Every single time I unlock my phone, unfold it, and fold it up, the TV makes a loud noise and this shows up on my phone. I've tried accepting the permission on the TV and I've tried denying it on the TV and nothing changes.

I have 3 Samsung Smart TVs in my home and I never have this issue. What do I need to do to stop my phone from trying to cast to the TV...or vice versa?

They have their tv set to accept all connections somehow. You might have to look at their tv settings and make sure it is not set to accept all connections.
