How to Theme?

I am running Harmonia 1.3 and i was wondering how one would go about themeing the lockscreen? i have seen some pretty sweet lock-screens but i have no idea how some of these were even achieved lol...

They most likely use a paid app called Widget Locker.

Some sites/forums also have people posting their lockscreen themes as a guide.

I have it, it's nice for running Beautiful Widgets weather app on it. I can see the current weather and forecast with just waking the phone. With the weather changes we have, it's handy.
