How to transfer apps and settings to a new phone?

I very recently destroyed the screen on my Moto X (2nd Gen). For reasons that are long and uninteresting, I have another 2nd-gen Moto X (identical to the one that I broke) that has never been used. Is there a simple way to transfer every app and every setting from my old phone to the new one? Moto Migrate will transfer some stuff, but I would still have to go through every single setting on every single app to get back up and running again. In a perfect world, I would be able to do something that would essentially just replicate all settings and data from my first phone onto the new one.

Use Helium to backup. It will save all the apps and settings you need.
