how to transfer info from S planner onto new edge 6?

[AC Question]

i no longer have my old mobile so i cannot do a smart switch or other data transfer from my old handset. i thought i had backed up all the data from my old phone &have restored from clouds. but no data from S planner has been restored, it has all my hospital treatments appointment dates etc.
