How to turn off 4G and enable 3G/EV mode on Premia 4G?

Help! I have a 4G LTE enabled phone. I noticed that after my 4G data runs out, i get speeds up to 30 kbps. I could obtain EV mode for a limited time. (speeds up to 150 kbps) I want to turn off 4G permanently and keep EV mode on. Someone please answer. Thank you

on google play their are network tools that allow you to do this type things like network mode or 3g tools ect.ect iv never used but have seen them.... good luck!

Did you find anything i want to switch 3g/ev too

The app does not work. I only see words and numbers but not the network select. I also tried the ##626* method, but theres no network mode settings. I can only go to 3g by going somewhere that doesnt have 4g satellites nearby.
