How to turn off Accessibility notification on Galaxy S9 Plus after Pie update?

Every time I turn the notification to hide, it says it's hidden but it never leaves my notification bar. I can't get it to hide. No matter what I've tried, clearing the partition cache, rebooting phone etc... It just won't go away even though it says you can hide it. This started after the latest security update. I can't get it off my phone. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and Dexterity > Assistant Menu to off

GraCal, unfortunately that is already turned off. I can't figure out what needs to be done to get it off my notification bar. Thank you for that advice though!
