How to turn off shutter sound and sound for recording

Hi, whenever I take photo or video, a shutter sound appears. How to remove the sound?

I've got Lollipop on my wifi version so in the camera app if I tap the gear icon, then the gear menu and scroll down there's an option to turn off the shutter sound.

Thanks but Lollipop is not available for LTE International version of the tablet yet.
