How to turn on System UI Turner on Droid Turbo

So I've been trying to turn on the System UI Turner on my Droid turbo, but it wont turn on. I've tried long pressing the setting icon. I activated the developer options, but there's no box to turn this option on.

Has this function been removed from the Droid Turbo?

We're almost halfway through Q1 and the Turbo 2 and Maxx 2 still don't have marshmallow. I'd adjust my expectations for the Turbo to Q2 or Q3, because it won't get the update before the newer phones.

I've been wondering if they'd release it for both around the same time, of course, giving the DT2 a minor lead by maybe a week. Though, while I've heard rumours of a DT2 SOAK, I haven't heard of it for the DT, yet... Honestly though, I wasn't too worried about it, even when I was locked down, since the Factory build of it, save the Verizon bloat, really isn't all that bad...
