How to unblock a phone number that was blocked in error...

Both my boyfriend and I have Galaxy S9 Notes via Sprint. The phones are under his service.

Somehow and I don't know why, he can not call my phone number.
I did not do anything to make that happen.
I get phone calls from others regularly.
He cannot call me.

Can someone help me? I can not stand calling a customer service line with automated phone systems.

Open calls... Press the three dots in top right corner.... Settings.... Block numbers.... Tap that and your blocked list should show

Yes he can call me on Messenger but not on regular phone.

Yes he can send me text messages, no problem with that at all.
