How to unblock a text number...

Hello...
I am trying to figure out why I cannot receive texts from an individual person, while the other texts are coming through fine.. I've looked everywhere I know to look to "unblock" any numbers, but no numbers are shown to be blocked.. I'm hoping that you have some suggestions for me..!
I have an Android U696CL.. Please help..

Welcome to Android Central! Is the person you're not getting texts from using an iPhone?

Also, check with your carrier to see if any numbers are blocked at the carrier level.

Hey! hope you are doing great if you still having problem with not receiving text from individual person I would suggest Clear message app cache.
