How to unlock a S10 with a broken screen

Hi
As per title, the screen in not turning on and does not appear to respond to touch, I tried SDK but the device is unauthorised so I couldn't do it that way. The remote unlock is off. I tried plugging it to a monitor via an adapter but I get a grey screen with padlock and when I connect a mouse to it no cursor appears. I have a lot of pictures and videos on internal storage that I really don't want to lose so any suggestions would be very appreciated

Screen not turning on or responding to touch going be hard to navigate even if you could unlock it

Connect your phone to a computer and use software like Samsung Find My Mobile to unlock and access data.
If you have enabled USB debugging previously, you might try ADB commands on a computer.
