How to unroot/restore to stock 3.2.1/Thorv.3.9R3

Have looked around the forums and haven't found a guide to get back to stock.

It is my assumption I used iconiaroot 1.3 to root the A500

I read somewhere about a stored copy of the backup on the SD card in the clockworkmod/backup directory, and I do have four folders in that directory with dates following the dates of the files used to root with, so I am guessing they are the original backup files.

I don't know if there were already other things installed on it or not, i.e. I am guessing the backup wasn't from a stock ROM image, i.e. there was probably some data, i.e. programs, etc. installed on it when the backup was done.

Any help appreciated as I am going nutz after a couple hours of searching for a previous solution.

If this is the wrong forum for an answer on how to unroot, is there a better place to find help? Was surprised that there wasn't info here on the topic?
