Same problem...

After a bit of searching to find out it is LOWER VOLUME BUTTON + POWER BUTTON,
I choose fastboot and it reboots to a red triangle with a "No Command" message and that's it.

Anyone else? Workaround?

same problem here...
There is no option in recovery. After selecting recvoery in fast boot : google logo... the android logo with a red triangle and under line it says: No command.
btw, for fast boot : vol. down + power
Any idea?

I had the same problem but changed the file name to "up.zip" instead of update.zip and it worked fine. Can't understand why that would help.

but in cmd it cannot read sideload.

I got it to work after some trial and error last night. I'm not very good with this sort of stuff but now I've got 4.3 on my Nexus with no problems and all my stuff still on the phone.

Try renaming the file something else besides update.zip. I did up.zip and it worked.

If you can't get the Recovery Mode menu... When you are in the Recovery Mode with "No Command" in the middle with the open Android, just press and hold the power button and press the up volume button. ( Google Nexus 4 Recovery Mode )

My phone is reconized. When i search for the device on CMD, its sideloaded.

But once I go ahead and type in the command adb sideload update.zip ( tried changing the file name, that did not work either), I get an error saying that it does reconize 'sideload'
