how to use notification setting for individually?

hello...
I had set the setting notification individual...but its not work..
when i get the message..the ring is same with the default?
how to use that application..
i need your help... :'(

Hello.
Have you turn on the service in Accessibility settings?
Simply go to Settings>Accessibility> scroll down to the "Services" tab then click on the application's name you want to use and turn it on. That's all. Enjoy.
