iTunes and Android, using Power Amp

Back one page in this thread member Cordoni suggested Power Amp. It's a paid app in the market similar to Titanium backup. You download the 15 day free trial version first, then buy the paid version which is just a key. Looks pretty good. Includes an equalizer so you can make adjustments to suit your taste. Plus I believe this is also the app that Adryanlyne recommends for using your phone in a car cradle and being able to listen to music while the phone is performing other tasks such as Nav.

Yes I highly recommend Power Amp. It has built in equalizers as well as the option for setting your own equalizer settings. Playlists are an included feature as well as automatic album artwork lookup. The only drawback is that you will need to manually move your mp3 files to the sd card, as it does not have a pc sync function. I don't find this to be a problem as I simply copy and paste an album out of itunes directly into a folder. I have each album in its own folder and then paste said folder into the music file on my sd card.

A little known fact: iTunes allows copy/paste into other folders. Simply select the songs in your itunes library you want, right click, copy, then paste into your sd card. Easy as can be.

No way can this be right, can it? 2 hours and 25 minutes since being unplugged and I am still at 98% battery? If so, this undervolted kernel is the mac daddy of kernels.

Hey Landshark have you been using your phone? Do you have anything enabled ( Wifi, GPS, Sync etc. ). Cuz ive had mine unplugged for 2 1/2 hours and im at 91% and the only thing ive done is flash the Kernel and download the Voodoo control app from the market. The only thing i have enabled is Wifi and GPS ( why GPS i dont know lol ). Other than that the phone has just been sitting idle. I still consider that good battery life, and yeah one awesome Kernel...the sound is really nice BTW.

If you are running voodoo, flash the 0327, it is the full kernel with the fix for the home button.

Wifi and GPS not enabled, downloading new apps including voodoo control and power amp. Moving around the phone to look at things to answer people's questions. So definitely not sitting idle. I'd say the GPS is still going to be a battery drain since even with these kernels, the rest of the ROM is based off the busted POS leaked from verizon.

You need to also download a free app called blinky. Once you enable that, the BLN will work.

Nope, go back to jt1134's thread and download TW_kernel-0327.zip. Then put that on your sd card and flash it through cwm. The 0326 one had a bug in it that turned the home soft key into the back soft key. 0327 has the fix and is working great.

Fisrt of all are you running voodoo? ( just have to ask ) and the 0326.zip is the old file you want the one that is 0327.zip over at xda. About fixing any sound issues i cant guarantee it. What kind of problems were you having to begin with? The new voodoo kernel that we have been flashing makes some sound enhancements.

Edit- oops Sharky beat me to it again

well actually i dont know if i'm running voodoo. i'm on sc 2.9.2. i automatically assumed i was. and as far as sound issues it just isnt that loud with movies and music, even with headphones. i flashed a theme using cwm so again i assumed this was the same

At any time during your upgrades did your reboot take like 15 minutes, and during that time did you hear a lady droid voice saying different things? If you didn't, you aren't running voodoo, and you will just have to wait a little while longer for nonvoodoo kernels to come out.

how does it work going from a non-voodoo kernel to a voodoo kernel? Is it treated the same as roms? I would love to have this but I never went voodoo before.
