How to zoom

Hello,

How to pinch zoom in (enlarge) in all apps (e.g. uber, calculator, messages, whatsapp, telegram...)?

Some apps do not allow zoom in, is there any setting or third party app that can allow all apps to have a zoom in function?

The developer would have to build that functionality into the app. There are certain websites that also don't allow you to zoom in.
