How/where do I designate my printer service preferences?

I have several print service plugins loaded to my phone and have no clue where they are stored at. Ex,I downloaded Googles cloud print app and can't find an icon or file anywhere.
There's also an hp plugin and at least one other loaded to my phone that I'm not sure where is stored.

I'd like to set one service as my default service for all types of printing.

On my note 5 it is Under settings, more connections, printing.

You can also go to settings and use the search at the top. Search for "printing". Take you right to it.
