How's Marshmallow on the Verizon S5?

I have (had) been successfully avoiding updating my s5 from KitKat until the other day when the update popup magically appeared as I was pressing right where "update now" is located. I'm now on lollipop and trying to decide if I should update or try to downgrade.

Lollipop seems to run fine except that my battery drains faster during use. Standby and listening to music with screen off barely touch the battery. I have wiped cache and will do a factory reset so I'm not really looking for advice as far as how to fix my install.

Back on top is, how is marshmallow on the Verizon S5 compared to lollipop?

Works great for me. I always wipe the cache parition after every update to my S5 from Verizon.

Sometimes the battery needs a day or two to settle down after an update. Marshmellow has run great on my S5.

I had no issues with Lollipop (my S5 ran great) and no issues with Marshmallow. My Verizon S5 is over 2 years old and it's still running great. I am on Marshmallow.
