How's this for battery life?

How is it that only I have Google services eating away my battery. I charged my phone 3 hours ago and Google Services was at 41% and that's just with the phone sitting there.

Anyone have any ideas to fix this? I've heard that the S4 and the nexus device having this issue but still I only see one screen shot with someone's Google Services running up there battery.

Please let me know if I can fix this. I'm sick of restarting my Note 2 before I change it every night.

Mine with no UV, running devil kernel oc'd all data and auto brightness, this was 1 full charge cycle on newly flashed SlimBean and Devil Kernel combo.
